We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.
Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear, swimwear, and final sale items are non-returnable.
Return Process: To begin your return, simply visit your Girlhomewe account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you’d like to return. Follow the steps provided to generate your return label.
2. Exchange Policy
If you’ve changed your mind or picked the wrong size, we’re happy to help with an exchange. Here’s how it works:
Eligibility: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Exchange Process: To exchange an item, follow the same steps as a return in your account section. You can choose to exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).
Availability: Exchange items are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Domestic Returns: We offer free returns for all domestic orders within 7 days of receiving your items. You will receive a pre-paid return label via email.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees on international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

6. How to Return or Exchange
Visit the Returns & Exchanges section of our website and log into your account.
Select the order and item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Follow the prompts to complete your request and print your return shipping label.
Pack your items securely, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once your return is processed.
